Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 11, 2026
1. Introduction
Soft60 (“Soft60,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit soft60.app, use the Soft60 application, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the “Service”).
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: your name, email address, profile photo, and other details you choose to provide.
- Authentication information: information needed to securely sign you in and maintain your account.
- Payment information: subscription and transaction details processed by the applicable app store or payment processor. We do not store full payment-card numbers.
- Content you provide: reflections, notes, photos, community posts, abundance entries, and other information you choose to save or share through the Service.
- Usage and device information: features accessed, interaction and session information, device type, operating system, browser type, and related technical information.
- Communications: messages and information you provide when you contact support or otherwise communicate with us.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and operate Soft60, personalize available features, process subscriptions, send notifications with your permission, respond to support requests, protect the Service, understand and improve the Service, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
4. When We Share Information
We may share limited information with service providers that support authentication, payment processing, analytics, hosting, communications, AI-assisted features, security, and app operations. These providers may process information only as needed to provide contracted services and must protect it. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate fraud or misuse, or as part of a business transaction permitted by law.
5. Google Calendar Data
Connecting Google Calendar is optional. If you connect it, Soft60 receives read-only access to upcoming events on your primary calendar. We access only the event ID, title, start and end date or time, location, free or busy status, all-day status, and event status. We retrieve up to 50 events from the next seven days. Soft60 cannot create, edit, or delete Google Calendar events.
We store encrypted Google access and refresh tokens and a server-side cache of those event fields so Schedule and Concierge features, including Build My Day, Should I Go, and Prioritize, can take your schedule into account. Calendar information included in a Concierge request may be processed by contracted AI and infrastructure providers solely to provide those features. Providers must protect the information and may not use it for independent advertising or unrelated purposes.
Calendar tokens are encrypted at the application level at rest using a separately managed server key. Calendar information is protected in transit using TLS/HTTPS and by access controls. Tokens and cached events are retained while Calendar remains connected. Disconnecting attempts to revoke Google authorization and immediately deletes locally stored tokens and cached events even if Google revocation fails. Permanent account deletion also deletes them. You may disconnect at any time and may additionally withdraw access through your Google Account permissions.
Soft60's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or allow humans to read it except with your affirmative agreement for support or security, when required by law, or when necessary for approved internal security and operational purposes.
6. Data Retention
We retain account information while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal information within 30 days except where retention is required by law, including financial records that may be retained for seven years.
7. Security
We use safeguards that include TLS/HTTPS encryption for data in transit, application-level encryption for Google Calendar tokens, and access controls. Payment details are processed by payment providers and are not stored on our servers. No electronic storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by emailing hello@frequencyplanner.com. You can also manage permissions, including notifications and optional Google Calendar access, through the Service, your device settings, or your Google Account settings as applicable.
California residents: You may have rights to request to know, correct, or delete personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Soft60 does not sell personal information.
European users: Depending on your location, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and may complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Children's Privacy
Soft60 is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. Please contact us if you believe that a child has provided us personal information.
10. Community Content and Notifications
Soft60 may offer community spaces where members post content. Members can report inappropriate content and block other users. We may review and remove content or suspend accounts that violate our Terms. Moderation records are used to enforce community standards. With your permission, Soft60 may also send reminders and other notifications; you can change notification preferences in the app or through your device settings.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy in the Service or otherwise communicate the change where required by law. The “Last updated” date identifies when this policy was most recently revised.
