Terms of Service

Last updated: August 11, 2026

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of soft60.app, the Soft60 application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Soft60 is a wellness and personal-development practice that may provide daily invitations, rituals, tracking tools, guided audio, journaling, community spaces, AI-assisted guidance, and other member resources. The Service is intended to support reflection and personal routines; it does not promise any particular outcome.

3. Wellness Disclaimer

Soft60 does not provide medical, mental-health, therapeutic, financial, legal, or other professional advice. Content is offered for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not disregard, avoid, or delay seeking advice from a qualified professional because of information available through the Service. If you believe you may be experiencing an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

4. Abundance Bank Disclaimer

The Abundance Bank is a mindset tracking and reflection tool. Figures entered do not represent money held by Soft60, a bank account, an investment, or another financial instrument. Soft60 is not a financial institution or financial adviser, and nothing in the Service is financial advice.

5. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Soft60. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity under it. Information you provide must be accurate, and you must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Soft60 may offer subscription plans and trials. Unless cancelled, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period, and the applicable payment provider will charge your selected payment method. Prices, plan details, and any applicable trial terms are presented before purchase.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel through the platform where you purchased the subscription or through options available in Soft60. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues through the paid period unless otherwise stated. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or the policies of the payment platform. For billing questions, contact hello@frequencyplanner.com.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse Soft60, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, scrape or reverse engineer the Service except where law permits, impersonate others, post unlawful or harmful content, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights. You are responsible for using the Service in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.

9. Community Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Soft60 the limited rights needed to host, display, and operate that content within the Service. We may moderate or remove content and suspend accounts to protect members and enforce these Terms. Do not share content you do not have the right to share, or content that exposes the personal information of others without permission.

10. Intellectual Property

Soft60 content, branding, daily invitations, guided materials, the 6 Laws framework, and the Soft60 Method are owned by Soft60 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as permitted by law or with our written permission, you may not copy, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from them.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services such as payment processors, app stores, authentication providers, Google Calendar, analytics, and AI or infrastructure providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Soft60 is not responsible for third-party services or their practices.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or any particular personal result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soft60's total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Termination

You may stop using Soft60 at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation of these Terms, misuse, fraud, security risk, or legal requirement. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be handled as permitted by applicable law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms in the Service or otherwise communicate the change where required by law. Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
